Electrics learning Ice skills.

Per #5 electrics can learn ice skills, I have A Neon and A Rhor, I also have Absolute zero and snowflakes in my bag. I decided to just look and see what my Rhor could learn and only the Absolute Zero shows up. Can Electrics not learn snowflakes or is it bugged?? My neon also cant learn snowflakes.

Its probably bugged but other skills do work like chill and aurora borealis. U could use them. Trust me they are so useful aginst earth monsters as they have low Mdef i one hit brawny with pod.

@support87, Can Ice types learn electric skills? If they are allowed to, my Ice types cannot learn Thunderstorm.
If ice types cannot learn electric skills then I guess everything is ok.
