Hippogon (S) Help

Hello all,

Been playing a few weeks now but still relatively new compared to many. I'm looking for a S Hippo and I am trying to work out the best way to do it.

Option 1) Synth 2 Hippos and then breed them until I get an S
Option 2) Breed my Flaunts, Pewgway & Smiter to S and then synth a hippo.


The essence won't be a problem, but I'm scared with option one I will get 2 males, or 3 maes, or maybe 4 and it's a bit of a gamble..

If you synthesize two of the same monsters at the same time, the chances are greater of getting opposite genders, it's not 100% though, so it stays a gamble.
If you're fairly new to the game, I wouldn't go for option two, would take too much money. And would you really want to sacrifice a Level. 50 S Flaunt?

OK that's re-assuring regarding the gender. I will synth them both at the same time. Thanks for the advice.

WAIT seriously u want to make 2 hippogon at the same time? so u need 2 lvl 50 flaunt and the rest are 8 lvl 40 monsters. Its a super bad choice i think. I make it with all S class and theres no gamble about it.. just think if u get the same gender and both are D or E, ull get shock and if i were u ill quit the game. And now i got flaunt S, slider S, pewgway S. It can be used for gifting for new players via pal.

And pewgway is the monster that u need to have anyway. taunt and foresight is useful at all cost

I agree this way you get get three other S rank monsters and not focus all your time on Hippos. Also 400 essence of life 2 Lvl 50 flights and 8 other lvl 40s that aren't even going to be S. and you run the risk of getting the same genders its not logical.

I think its not about the essence of life, as gold spenders they get so many essence of life while opening orange egg. its about 400.000 silver and leveling 2 monsters to lvl 50 and additional 8 monsters to lvl 40. All and all I dont think anyone will do that. As i know players who have Levi S / Hippo S r using S class monsters to make it.

Collect all epic monsters and breed them to get S grade. Thats the easy way to get S hippogon, leviathan and setanic and probably new scroll legendaries. Dont rush things. good luck.

It saves a heckload of money .
