Chat blocked players

When you have players blocked in chat, When they try to join your pvp room, A notice of sorts would be nice or have it to where they can not join your room.

I dont know what it is lately, But S2 used to be peaceful and decent. Now its like dam Kindergarten!! We got a ton of newbs that just are immature. Most people on these forums know how I am in game from HM and HD. I get along with most anyone, I have 20 blocked chatters now! It is insane.

Time for Server Experts to go from nominated to ELECTED!! Lets not be like HD and have expert nominations and not do anything for Over a Year. Please??

Keep in mind I am a nominated player for s2 expert xD might wanna specify that a bit. Seeing how kris is banned and nick is still MIA I guess that leaves nira.
