Under the Save/Preview/Submit buttons, there's a link saying ''Upload Attachment''. Try that !

I tried, but under the file name field, the"chose file" field is greyed out. I can't select a file. Please help.

I'm not sure the attachment upload on this site is supported for Tablets, you might want to try to move it to your computer first?

I have stored the picture in my PC and one public space as well. What shall I do to post that here for the contest?
