What the hell?! I want a refund!!

I am very upset with this game right now, after enjoying the game very much I decided I would invest and support the game and buy the VIP 3 option ($50 for 750 gold coins). I've never before made any purchases for any other game. Haypi Monsters was my first exception because I truly enjoyed this game, however...

I made a new account and everything sending my S grade Draco over to start fresh with many coins and good monsters.

I decided the best option was to crack 11 orange eggs to get a Hydra. And 33 blue eggs to get some other epics.

I have cracked blue eggs before and received many epic monsters.

But this time with 750...I received

35 Rare Monsters (many many of them are repeated copies!!!)

Seriously what the hell?? I honestly couldn't believe my eyes this is absurd, i've been playing this game for quite some time and purchased VIP1 and cracked eggs before and they always brought a couple epics.

Why was everything in the orange egg so bad?? And Grade E-???
Why did the blue egg only give me rare monsters after cracking 33 of them!!!???

I want a refund or my coins restored this is unnacceptable.

I opened a male Draconius in my blue egg instead of the needed female one – i want a refund too! LOL

Seriously, what is this guy complaining about? He got nearly every evolution of poe with his eggs – those where the reasons i opened blue eggs for! Because epics are so much easier & cheaper to come by than those damn poes!

You're asking for something absolutely absurd. There is NO way that you are getting your coins back. Thats like going to a casino and losing $500 at the slots and demanding for a refund after you ran out of all your money. It's ridiculous. Deal with what happened and stop complaining. Some players invested $150+ into orange eggs and still don't have a legendary. It's a gamble you chose to take... And you LOST.

Just as a side thought, but isn't there some kind of law that when someone spends money on a gamble that the odds must be listed somewhere? Think of the small print behind scratch off tickets. If people knew the odds were like one in a thousand would that affect your decision?

I'm disputing what I can only describe as a statistical annomally and has nothing to do with you. But since you insist, I hope the following image helps the lot of you get the message.

Nope. But if it is any consolation, you automatically get a legendary after cracking 100 orange eggs. That's how I ended up getting Fenrir.

Yep. You heard me right. I cracked 49,000gold worth of eggs to get Fenrir.

Did support give me refunds or anything? No. All they said was, you need to crack 100 for safeguard to kick in.

If you really wanted epics, you should've cracked purple eggs rather than blue eggs.

During my 100 orange egg stint, I only received a handful of epics, must of which are all duplicates, like 3 E- flights so there is no "bug" with the percentage to get epics from orange eggs.

All orange eggs are E- for a reason, to deter people from getting higher grade monsters from these eggs whose primary purpose it to make people gamble on getting a legendary. Other than that, orange eggs are worthless.

So... feel free to complain all you want but I'll tell you first hand from my case that you will not get a refund and possibly no response either.
