Essentailly A ledgendary monster with underdog power has no weakness because he one shots monsters that are supposed to have elemental advantage

THERE IS NO BUG. Understand that one genius. If he wants the move nerfed fine, post in in the suggestion thread where there are literally half a dozen suggestions asking for the exact same thing. That still doesn't mean it's a mistake it just means this little noob can't get a cerb and can't beat them, so now he's making excuses. Any decent fire monster with fire barrier can beat a Cerberus with relative ease, had either of you put thought into it you probably would have realized that.

Infernoe, that simple. It's not an epic or legendary but it doesn't need to be. Fire barrier severally decreases damage while increasing attack enough that even a rare can win. Combine that with moves like seduction or moves that cause debuffs, as well as items like iron shield and the battle will end very quickly.

I dont think this is a good idea in ladder. While in pvp you cant even survive with a full team cerberus. come on who else in your server uses rare monster! Defense is so weak. Before giving idea have you ever tried doing this with cerberus + sfb + pod + sun???? What will happen to your infernoe cant even cast a POD. This theory is absolutely invalid!

I don't use pod on any of my monsters. Still can win battle though. Rare monsters are stronger than people realize without needing those moves, perhaps YOU should try it before saying its invalid. Or if you don't want the infernoe then use my champ set up: water jets, curse, water beads, seduction with a healing potion. It's not exactly the fairest set up ever but it does it's job, even if it doesn't kill the cerb it does plenty of damage to it that a Draco with adapt can easily finish it off. Cerb is a glass cannon, high attack but iffy defense. If you can get just 1-2 good hits on him then he's not hard. Heck one rain prayer is enough to put a monkey wrench in any cerb strategy. As long as the water type gets a turn it can use rain prayer and cerb will be useless, that's why in dual duel and pewgway/cygness and neon/rhor team will dominate cerb. Stop acting like he's the next fenrir cause he's not, you're just a jealous little noob.
