Your purchase can not be completed.

Okay so, I got an itunes card, I redeemed it and everything. I went to buy a coin package but this error message popped up, "Your purchase can not be completed please contact iTunes" So I contacted itunes and they said now I can redeem my gift card but I already did. If anyone knows how to fix this please reply to this post. Thank you.

Do not forget that they charge tax... so even though you are buying $9.99 of coins, it will actually go over $10.00 and therefore if insufficient funds, the transaction cannot be completed.

Hey I had the same problem for about a month. So the first time I contacted apple support and told them and they didn't tell me anything helpful, so I took Lexo's advice and signed out of my apple Id for 30 minutes and when I signed back in it worked! But then a week later I tried again and it happened again! This time it lasted for two weeks, and I kept signing in and out of apple id and it finally got fixed after I signed out of apple id for about four days and when I signed back in it got fixed. So hopefully this helps.
