Where's my bolt bead?

Hi im Burizriz from server 36, just a newbie... but i have a problem regarding my missing bolt bead >.< i finished all the Vet stages of Seales Space but i didnt recieve my bead,,, please fix it admins :< i already had a hard time catching neos and breeding to S...

Did you check your mailbox? Also you can get Bolt beads from CS vet mode wheels

Yes sir. i did check, my bag...my quest list... my mail everything.. i tried to relog-in a couple of times but still no bolt bead >.<

You need to send a mail in game to support, Click menu, then help, then support. You can also send an email to them at monstersupport@haypi.com

be sure to include username, server, and email address. Along with the problem.

Did you also check the yellow man tab on home screen? I cant remember if that quest shows up there or not.

Are you sure you completed all quests? Bolt bead is after the power of weather quest or something like that.

I had the same problem a few months ago.
Your bead quest is behind the weather quests, finish the quest and the bolt bead quest should pop up.
