Well definitely means more laputa time.

Animations: interesting but time consuming. Rage ala street fighter.
Passive: nice touch, I'm more interested in laputa levels again.
Dragon mods: devil is less powerful, since bat doesn't remove vine nor flame. Arc is different which is annoying. Leshy vine is off, different trajectory. Were these mods on purpose?
PVP: people who dc now lose points. FINALLY! And if you complain about losing points now, you are like a thief who complains about being robbed. Fake points.

Missing: chat block for annoying players.
Actual bolt pieces / increase in painted egg drop -- unknown if anything changed.

Devil has been ruined...taking away bat ability. Thanks for a heads up on that. I hope Godzilla attacks haypi headquarters

With regards to devil, I think it's more balanced. The curse doesn't have auto kill in PVP, which is fair (and I do use devil in PVP).

Arc change just means need to relearn it. Still very powerful dragon in the hands of a skilled player.
