Haypi can you do anything right?!

As I said I kinda assumed, why would they make a timer and a 10 essence limit when most of us can't even get 1? I've lost 11 while people on my server complain about losing 1-3. Are you kinding me?
When I ask for 10 boss essence as compensation for my 11 boss raids support replies
"We are looking into it"
Are you kidding me that reply doesn't even make sense!

Do you forget that I am on your server and that I have lost more bosses than you? And what do you want support to say, when they do compensation for a bug that a lot of players experience, it isn't something they do on a whim. They plan on it, deciding how much to give, and they might even decide not to do it, because compensation isn't exactly required.

And never assume. Assuming is usually just going to make you look stupid.

I got my rhor back too. They even gave me a whole 2 hours to beat him when he had full health, thanks haypi! You totally wasted my time.

Mine came back with only 2 hours as well but luckily I had all 5 attempts so I was able to kill my neon. And if anyone gets compensated for this I will be pissed because during the month of lag we had on server one I had one raid boss. One boss in a month. And we got 100 freaking coins, no essence or anything. So as everyone told us then, deal with it.
