I just got two out of one egg - male and female. Mind you have cracked a lot of eggs - was last one before giving up

That's good to hear!
I'm happy when I hear (read) players finally get their legendary monsters after opening numerous eggs.
I'm not too sure if I should open more eggs because I opened like 15-20 so far and nothing to show for it.
Anyway, with regards to Hydra:
It does look nice and it has a well-rounded stats. However, I think that an Underdog Cerberus will be able to kill it because Cerberus has a pretty good defence and it is faster. I haven't tested this because there isn't an S Hydra in my server yet, let alone a high-level one.
Quitted!

Maybe we could look at this another way. Hydra should in theory beat Cerberus only if the former has Rain talent because:
1) Underdog Cerberus cannot overcome a weather stat drop for its fire attacks, meaning Rain Hydra can withstand a Fire attack from Cerberus and water bomb/torrent his blazing bum.
2) Heatwave Cerberus is faster than Rain Hydra which means his ability will activate first and then Hydra's talent will activate, ending the pre-battle round with rain. A weather war between the two will always result in Rain so both Heatwave Cerberus and a potential second Underdog Cerberus will both be KOed.
Hope that helps put the debate in Hydra's favour a little...

3) Speed boost Hydra will make him faster than any Cerberus, securing a first strike and an eventual KO. As an added security, there should be an allocated Rain Prayer attack to compensate a potential Heatwave/Underdog Cerberus combo.
These are my thoughts...
About 2 and 3:
2-A weather war wouldn't necessarily always end with rain. In the case you suggested, cerb would use celestial prayer first and hydra will use torrent or bombs. If somehow cerb survives (hydra misses) cerb will will use sfb with sun and ohko hydra with underdog power. Then any other hydras will be ohko as well unless they have rain also.
3-if the heat wave cerb comes out first, there's a possibility that hydra would use rain instead of an attack. And even if it doesn't theres a chance cerb may not die against a weakened attack.

For 2) Quite true, but I was merely referring to a pre-fight round. The flow of the fight will vary form player to player.
Although I do see you're point about the actual weather war. RainH vs. HeatC will resolve with Sunny weather and defeated Cerberus, but when Underdog Cerberus comes in, the fight will see Cerberus victorious. So basically, the best way for Hydra to win will be to have a whole team with Rain Hydra.
For 3) I apologies for the mixup with speed boost as that is Fenrir's ability, not Hydra's making that point of mine completely moot. I re-edited my post.

@3 attacks are based on the weather at the end of the previous turn despite being changed mid turn. So if the weather was turned to scorching water attacks will still do the damage as if rain was going. Test it out.

Offensive and defense Stats are basically a hybrid between pewgway and cygness.
It took Pewgway's high def and cygness High Atk, with high HP, and high speed.
basically ,except the HP, it got the stats of a level 50 epics.
Still nothing too spectacular if u compared to the monstrous mAtk that fenrir got for example, which far exceeds this.

This monster is strong offensively and defensively, it's fast and a lot of hp. No epics are all around this good. Fenrir is fragile but powerful. Overall hydra would win in a fight due to fenrirs worthless def.

Yeah, that's what I said. Even if hydra uses rain prayer, cerb will get an attack with sunny weather. And if he doesn't he'll have to attack with sunny weather so it'll be weaker.
