The best way to get players chatbanned is by sending screenshots of their violations to monstersupport@haypi.com. Please include your server number as well, it will help things go a lot faster.

Support will usually give a 2-day chatban or a warning to first-time offenders, and repeated offenders will receive longer chatbans that last weeks or even months. In the most severe cases, players can receive permanent chatbans.

Monster Support can also force-change offensive names of other players.

I definitely didn't convey the wrong message, I sent the ss of him in world chat and to me in private and I specifically said he's trying to steal accounts. After they responded saying to change my password I replied by restating that I didn't give him my password, I just want him banned so he can't trick other players and steal their accounts. Still no response to that one.

No, no. That's what I'm saying.
I'm saying that the point of this thread is about disruptive players - those who cause havoc in the chat.
In your ticket, (according to what you wrote here) you're simply telling them that the players are trying to steal accounts. Therefore, this is the point that they got. It has nothing to do with the chat.

They did reply properly on that one because they asked you to change your passwords. The players you're reporting are merely making threats. Support can't just ban every player that is reported to make threats. Unless they actually do it, it's enough to just make your accounts safer and less hackable.

Just as an additional note, it would be ideal if you can include the server number in the subject. A subject title like "Server 10 Chat Violations" will be most helpful because whoever receives the email can quickly forward it to the right person.
