Where do I put this to report?

These two kids named LEGENDARY and burdag all they do is ruin our server with spam and cussing please take care of it. This is really getting annoying now. This is on server 40 it's really irritating.

Block them.

Firstly, block them so you won't have to see their messages again.

Menu > Friends > Block(tab)

Secondly, send a support ticket in game:

Menu > Help > Support

Just write your complaint in there and tell them that these players are disruptive and rude in chat.
I'm sure this will be investigated and they will be sent a warning after. They might also be banned in the chat for a specified duration.

I'd say just block them but since they're saying actually saying offensive things and not just being annoying, send these ss to in game support and see if they'll do anything. They probably won't though. I sent ss of a player asking for people's passwords in world chat and then telling me he's going to hack me and delete my account in private because I wouldn't give him my password. Support said I recommend changing your password and didn't do anything.

Might wanna talk to support about an expert too. They can mute players like this for 5 hour periods.

If you can do something so other players won't be bothered by these players, do it. It's not like it will take more than a few minutes typing your support ticket. They will also get back to you in 1-3 days.

I am definitely up for experts in the servers but seeing as there has already been numerous accounts of players asking for experts but still there are none, I think it might be a lost cause for now. I'm sure Haypi will bring them back when they want to.

It might be because you conveyed the wrong message. Support might have only picked up on the part that the player was asking for your passwords and not on that they are disrupting the chat.

Firstly, I commend you for actually taking that action because they are bothering other players.

I am CERTAIN that they will get back to you. My tickets got replies after 1-3 days so it really is just waiting game for now.

I definitely didn't convey the wrong message, I sent the ss of him in world chat and to me in private and I specifically said he's trying to steal accounts. After they responded saying to change my password I replied by restating that I didn't give him my password, I just want him banned so he can't trick other players and steal their accounts. Still no response to that one.
