Is Punishment Skill resolve for DYING MENISS

My meniss got cunning2, punish2 ,shadow and pod..on the ladder she* never use punishment instead it use shadow after cunning against pod users

I'm going to remove ambush, just give him two punishment
Both +3. That should fix the problem..

My Meniss has cunning1 and punishment1 it used punishment only 1 time in ladder that i saw

It will use Punishment once cunning runs out of PPs
