Reporting people with bad attitude

I either missed it or there is no way of reporting people with a bad attitude, constantly swearing in the game chat etc. I think it would be nice to be able to do that, because there are countless people like that who ruin the game experience for everybody else.

I haven't really thought how it could work, but something along the lines of
5 reports - 1st warning
10 reports - 2nd warning
15 reports - 2 days ban
Etc.

Or something that doesn't give the game mods too much work, cause I'm guessing they've got enough on their hands already.

This isn't a bad idea but some players can abuse the system and just ban anyone they please with their side accounts or with friends.
It is nice that you thought of this to help the support staff but there still needs to be a way to filter these first and to decide whether the players really are being rude in the chat. There still needs to be real people deciding this.

Anyway, a game ban is probably too much! Probably a chat ban only would work even better.

That's expert's jobs. You should mention to support that you want them reinstated in the game so that they can handle it. Just a thought

Everyone wants me banned. Don't really care either. Just cause they can't take adult language and the truth doesn't mean I need to.

Reporting feature like that is easily abused with a group slowly picking and getting people banned. It would only serve to flag the player so support can easily see who they should investigate not just hit with their ban stick.

I am all up for reinstating experts though!! So much more useful and versatile and that would allow supports to focus on more game mechanic problems rather than the day-to-day stuff.

This is always an unsaid feature in any game. You can always do a petition for unruly people to make the ban be executed. This is compulsory to any organization or group, the company has to take action especially when the common good of many and welfare of the majority of the users is being affected by these people. both in-game and here in the forums, there would always exist insensitive, arrogant and immature individuals, its just a matter of how we tolerate it; this is a fact. there is usually ample evidence and prevailing instances to substantiate the claim, you just need to make the effort.

This can be in the form of the support ticket, or here in the forums itself; by posting for a petition and the majority of players answering or supporting your request would be the driver to compel them (HAYPI) to impose the sanctions, whatever maybe applicable to them.

Hi Thialda, you can screenshot their swearing/violations to monstersupport@haypi.com and tell Support which server it occured on. (Putting your server number in the email subject would help Monster Support send it to the right Support member).

Support can give a 1st-time offender a warning or a 2-day chatban. Repeated offenders will receive chatbans that last for weeks, months, or are even permanent, depending on the severity of their violations.

You can report players for:
-Swearing
-Asking for passwords/scamming
-Advertising other games
-Excessive spam
-Illegal activity
-Trading/selling accounts
-Posting any personal information, including phone numbers and home addresses of themselves or anyone else

I would love to volunteer to be S1 chat mod to temp chat ban people for offensive behavior and I would not abuse it.
