Ok well since legendaries and cap lvl 60 came out, I've been getting raped in pvp and ladder. Please I need help

I am going for a Levi atm should have it by Monday, but I want to know if it is really fast? Like what's its speed because I was thinking that this would be an awesome move set if it's fast:

WindBlast
Water torrent or water bombs
Pod
Rain prayer

But this would only work if it was fast.
Also will chimera (which will be legendary in 2 weeks) have rain prayer as talent ? If so would this be good for it:

WindBlast
Pod
Super Thunderstorm
Thunderstorm

Would that be good ?

And should I try for hydra even though I'm gonna have a Leviathan soon?

I have Levi and is really fast but not enought gor put wind blast... rhor is faster than Levi...

Levi is full monster... Tanky/hight Hp/hight speed/possibility of making a weapon attack

Best build for me and i have this...

Personally I am happy with Leviathan ... I do not think I'll buy Hydra because I do not think both are necessary ... one is enough! it depends on taste. I do not think Hydra will slay Leviathan, I even think it could be the opposite ... To convince me you really need it is amazing and I do not believe for a second lol

But hydra will have talent to summon rp without wasting a turn and leviathan needs a turn to use rp

I do not want to get on false assumption because I know nothing of Hydra but just his magic defense is small to be crushed by my Leviathan MATK ... If active hydra rain-prayer? it is even better for my Leviathan because I win a round and if I'm faster I just eat you alive ... + talent of mystery rain MATK increases many times as is called the Rain ^^
