That's true. I don't find it to be as good as everyone thinks it is.
However, it is a legendary monster and is (in my opinion) more easily obtainable than the Epic rank Flight.
I think Intimidate is a more useful skill than Unnerve because there are way more physical attacks than magical attacks in the game. I propose any of the following skill sets:
Angelo
Intimidate
Mind-Bending - Meditation/Molten Core - Fire Bomb - Soak/Photosynthesis
You have 2 offensive skills: Mind-Bending for the STAB and Fire Bomb - for another type - and for those Fenrirs! Meditation/Molten Core is the best Psychic types can do, with regards to stat increasing skills. Soak and Photosynthesis is there because it may come in handy. I proposed Intimidate because Meditation/Molten Core will already raise your magical attack + defence so Intimidate will take care of the physical attacks.

Angelo
Intimidate
Mind-Bending - Boulder - Fire Blast - Poison Leaves
This build is to cover all the elemental types. It is an all out offensive skill set. Boulder covers Electric and Fire; Poison Leaves cover Earth and Water; Fire Blast covers Ice and Plant
Mind-Bending should be your main move against those Ghost, Psychic and Normal types!
Angelo has the same attack and magical attack stats so it's very versatile.
Other moves to consider:
Switch Hit
Switch Hit + Unnerve/Intimidate is a good combo because these talents' effects stack.
Foresight
This skill is usable if you just want to delay something or cause the opponent's monster to lose a PP. Better used by Pressure-users but it's not a waste on any monster!
Good luck!
