According to the description, Intimidate activates 'when your monster is switched into battle or enters the battle AFTER its opponent' and 'DOES NOT WORK if there is NO TARGET'. However, I have noticed that it still activates anyway if an Intimidating Ignightmare enters the battle (BEFORE its opponent) at the start of a PVP match. While my PoD casted Flight usually takes an Ignightmare down to 30-35% of its total health, an Intimidating Ignightmare is taken down to 50-60%. And this is while the Ignightmare enters the battle BEFORE its opponent, when there is NO TARGET. This contradicts the description; it would be appreciated if this was fixed. Thanks. =)

Intimidate lowers the enemy attack. If you're doing MORE damage then how is it activating?

'Down to', not 'by'... To rephrase, an Intimidating Ignightmare loses about 50% of its health to my PoD casted Flight's attack, as opposed to the usual 70% of other Iggys. This is definitely a bug... Intimidate users love it, but a bug has to be fixed nonetheless.

Intimidate does not work if the IG enter the arena first..

WinTun knows about this and I don't think you understood his post properly.
He/She said that yes, this is how Intimidate works but somehow, even if the animation is not seen on his monster being activated, the effect is still felt by his/her monster.

Are you able to test this more extensively?
I have tried it a few times and mine seems to have the same damage, as if Intimidate really does not have the effects.
It would be a good idea to PvP with one of your buddies to test this some more to ensure this. Then, you can provide examples of your tests in here.

i understand the Q, it could either bug but
possibly the PVP glitch also
for eg. if u have a lv 50 S and enter pvp it don't actually boost your monster's stat to lv60 S which make your monster weak.
but if u have a lv 60 stats don't change.
thus if u fighting lv60S with none lv60S + atk(type) under weather circumstances it possible to see things u don't expected.
my lv53S rhor super thunderstorm +2 only deal 1/3 damage (under rain) to lv 58 Leviathan in PVP
but kill 1 kit in ladder
may be elemental adv is bug in pvp o.O
HM become too complicated

But I do love how lazy Haypi is.
At one point they said they were not happy with intimidate working like this and working on a way to improve it.
Later on they just changed the description to match how the skill works, rather than fixing the skill. Pure laziness.

omg, i just realize when i c this thread. Its true. when ignightmare comes out first and our monsters dont get any debuff but the damage is reduced. Im not sure about intimidate on other monsters like angelo or etc bugged/not. this is a serious problem and support hasnt reply this thread?
