Breeding error?

I breeded pure s cygness and half s stats cygness and got a+ cyg with just one s stat .. I thot it will be close to pure

Did you use blessing for this breeding?

In order to get pure s you must use blessing even if you breed two s monsters.

A+ is as high as you can go without blessings. If breeding S monsters without blessing you will likely get a low/mixed S or a high/mixed A+.

even S + S without blessing only give S with A+ stat (can't get a pure S)

always use blessing to get a Pure S

and the late breed S1 + S2 = S3 has better stats then it parent. (+1)
