New Account

This morning I clicked on "new account", and changed to a new server, but I forgot which was my original server. After trying a few times, the system shows "Your device has exceeds its registeration limit".

Now I lost all my progress, plz support me :?

If you would like to register more, you can go to a local electronic store such as Best Buy, use their iPad/iPhones to register.

I don't understand what is ur problem...

U can't login in ur main acc?

If this is ur problem u only need ur Ingame name of ur main acc and the passwort and instead of clicking start on the main screen press the button on the left "My Account".

Fill in the name of ur main acc and confirm with the passwort u chosed...

Thank you guys, I guess I didn’t make myself clear.
I logged in with my account “Ac061978”, which I played for 6 months.
This morning I clicked on “New Account” and typed in the same account, “Ac061978”, then the system showed a list of servers.
I randomly chose one and played for about an hour.
But now I am unable to get back to the original server I played.
I bought a few bags of coins, I was lv28 originally and now just lv3.
I really want to get my progress back, or I am going to jump off a buliding. :cry:

I think you screwed yourself by entering in the same name. You need to send support a mail in game and I would email them as well. monstersupport@haypi.com
be sure to include username, Server number(s) email address. and a good description of problem.
Are you sure you are spelling it correctly and everything??

When I made new accounts, I either spelled bullhead "BULLHEAD" or added a number or letter. I never used the same name on a different server.

What server was your first account on?

After I realized what I did was kind of stupid, I thought by clicking on my original server I could get back my progress.
So I began to try by clicking the server one by one because I really forgot which server I was in.
After my fifth attempt the system showed "Your device has exceeds its registration limit".
Now I am desperate :cry:

Send a support ticket!
I am sure they will try their best to accommodate you.
I'll refer you to Bullhead's post for how and where you should send your inquiry.

Try and do this as soon as possible! I will also advise you to send 1 inquiry at least every day until you get a reply.

I already sent 3 support message, but still no reply.
I don't know how I can play this game anymore if I didn't get my progress back.. :cry:
