best skill and talent for rhor?
is it force3 or mf3 or adrenaline

and for skill, super thunderstorm/pod/thunderstorm?

Adrenaline.

I have adrenaline rhor with pod, sts, estorm and as of now punishment. But apparently punishment only works for ghosts...
I used to have mind bending, don't do that it'll use against verte instead or sts even in rain.
Then I had seduction, that actually worked great for pvp with taunt partner.
I would think about maybe putting jutsu on it since it has good attack and adrenaline will help, or possibly another sts or regular tstorm.

Me and askandr have been experimenting with my rhor in 2v2 lately and we have come to the conclusion that a Rhor with STS TS PoD and in my case Wind Blast is best with Adrenaline like you said.
I love wind blast on rhor, works like a dream and I totally recommend it!

I'm too lazy to breed one but if I did I'd put aim and execution on it with electro aim (if aim doesn't help enough) thunderstorm and lighting strike both upgraded to at least +2 and then ill breed a pewgway (again, too lazy) with taunt and rain prayer, soak, water torrent, and tsunami upgraded to probably +2 (I love AOE moves). I know it's not the best skill set but I'm not a fan of foresight or buying moves like pod. I also don't like healing moves like soak but for this strategy it'll probably help. As you can see I play offense with high damage and quick deaths, and thanks to execution it'll be over quick. I think this'll probably be a good combo for legendaries as well, the only problem you'll have is against gryphon, crimera, and plantsourus or whatever it's spelled cause I'm not sure how much they'll do to pewgway but that's why I'd say execution is useful.

Edit: add behemoth to that list of possible problem monsters too.

Thunderstorm and Super Thunderstorm are both Physical moves.
