We need item upgrades next!

It is getting to the point were items with +10 to a specific stat are getting devalued as monster level cap increases. Plus on top of that people have many copies of the same item. For example I have about 5 pairs of boots from farming ghost ABC. So why not implement a way for us to pay something like 100k silver and two pairs of boots to make new boots that give +15 speed? Then 200k and two pairs of +1 boots for a pair of +2 boots with 20 more speed?

Thoughts?

I have 13 dumbells... Maybe more, but by your logic, I could get like what, 50% more instead of 20%? There's a forum for suggestions, and this isn't it.
