daily reward window makes game crash???

Hi, is this happening to anyone else?
I couldn't open the daily reward window.


I tried to register a new acct, that new acct can open,

I think this has Sth to do with the pvp reward, which is making the game crash,

New accts don't have that reward, so their reward panel is working properly

Well, it's Sunday in china,,,the game support is off clock,,

My god.... We can't get our daily reward today

...ya...my 100 coins! I'm joking I can wait a day but hopefully only a day.
