1.) Rage - After you are hit with a CRITICAL hit, your physical attack is increased significantly.
Bolster - increases your critical hit rating
Purify - Your monster has a chance to clear all debuffs each turn
Madness - ???

I think Madness is for Snowpard and its evolution.
I don't have access to it yet so I can't help you with that.

2.) Flight and Vertedeath are the only two that comes to mind, at the moment. If you are planning to going for Penetrate, I don't recommend it. It seems that it's pretty useless at the moment.
