I mean in normal mode where you are supposed to be able to catch him with seal cards. I've heard of alot of people seeing and catching Angelo but I havnt seen anyone that has caught a Pheonix yet, although people say you can.

There's a rumor that Phoenix is catchable, just as Angelo, but with a very low chance on encountering.
OT: No, I've never seen one, nor have heard anyone that has. Not sure wether it's just a rumor, or it is actually catchable.
I'd love to hear about it if it is though ^^!

its rumors how come they can know if no one ever fought him

Someone on my server (22) said they caught it. Haven't seen it yet. I will try and get them to post something about it
