Vengeance

Due to the seemingly random addition of the 'for Epic and Legendary monsters' note in the descriptions of skill, I cannot tell if 'Vengeance' is available to all epic/legendary monsters or only to physical ones. If anyone knows for sure, do share the information, as I'm thinking that both Resurrect Scythe and Gryphion would make rather good use of this skill.
