From what I've experienced so far, their tech support is quite decent.
Most games don't even have a tech support, or people that answer to every question.
You have to understand that you're not the only person that is submitting tickets, and I'm quite sure they're trying their best to answer every single one of them personally.
I, myself, was quite surprised to find out they actually have a tech support for a fairly minor game like this. Imagine how it'd be if there wasn't any at all, and you'd just have to fix your own problems, without any way of letting them know.

If you think about it they have how many servers? Prob well over 60. Say 6 people submit tickets/mails something in a day on each server. That's 360 mails in a day. 2520 in a week. 10080 mails a month. How and when would a group of like 7 support employees(guess) get to reply back to all these mails... If I were them I would write sloppy too because I am in a hurry because I want to reply back to everyone. They prob deal with assholes on a daily with complaints and people b!tching that they aren't quick enough and therefor have been losing respect for the human kind for months now.

Long story short... If they didn't care, they wouldn't make the game in the first place... They at least have tech support and they do what they can in the amount of time they have... They are people and have lives too you know!

Not trying to sound like an ass. but... come on people!

1. Its their job as Support. So they are there to answer questions.

2. They get paid. So they have to their job as good as possible.

3. Quick and helpful answer make a good Support.

4. Support is the second site of the medal like the game itself
being the first site of the medal.
So every negative point from support can influence image of
the game.

5. When i had report a bug and its a huge bug then
i hope support report that quick and not after weeks.

6. When i have an issue and need help i want at least
a response and not being ignored.

7. Why does the Support not do a list in the forums
With bugs and issues that are weekly updated?
Why they dont do a list of generally questions and their answers
In the forums?

I take it you have never worked a tech support job? If I get 200+ mails about the exact same thing. I'm not going to reply to every one of them. They know there is a problem... they are prob working on fixing it.

Take whatever you want but there is a way it calls: mass mail/circular mail
Perhaps they already using it or they dont have this option either.
So your point is quite useless when u say support wont answer every single
Person, which would be very stupid indeed.

I have worked as a CS and yes I agree there are people who are plain idiots with idiotic request and you curse them but as customer support your job is to still answer those mails.

In their defense they do answer tickets. and while they really probably do not care about your problems -- that's what parents and friends are for -- they are trying their best to resolve issues for everyone.

most of the time the only reply you get is that they will check on the issue or that the devs have confirmed that there is a bug and they will fix it because that is probably all they can do - tell devs about bugs so it can be fixed. i do not think they are allowed to return objects or turn back the clock on any of your accounts.

for the players be nicer to support when submitting tickets. the game can be frustrating at times but being rude would not help you at all.

Most definitely agree. Support is more likely and willing to help your case if you respect them and are nice to them. It's not their personal fault that something happened to you with regards to the game. Most often they are just the messenger.
