Can the Skill Upgrade System boost the forgotten ones?

Nope! Definitely not.

If the advanced skills will be upgraded, I doubt the lower tier skills will be upgraded so much that they will be able to compete with these ones.

I think some common monsters should have their niches, though. I was hoping Antee would be used more - with its Weather Lock.

Too bad Champ wasn't a legendary.

He makes a better legendary than hippo. And looks like a boss!

I'm pretty sure rampage competitive champ would actually do pretty well as a flight substitute, that if u can boost rampage too.
