Thunder Blast vs Lightning (skill)

Guys which skill is better for neon?
Thunder blast has power:35, but it does double damage.
Whereas, Lightning has power:60 only.
So which skill is better?

Thunder Blast it hits double so 35+35=70 and i think both hits will be added with adapt? not sure but thunder blast is better

Thunder blast hits 2 times 90% of the time. Sometimes it hits single. But at 2 times thats 2 chances to paralyze, and 2 chances to crit hit. It hits 1 after another so its (without rain) 35 then 35= next turn.

Add on, if you use it with electric monsters you get STAB as well. so its more than 35:35= next turn.

Go for thunder blast.

Get Electric Teeth, it seems lonely

Thunder blast is better. It rarely hits once but when finishing a monster don't guarantee and expect a double hit.
My neon:adapt
Thunder blast
Thunderstorm
Ball lightning(to outspeeds and kill rhors)
Lightning strike(for 2vs2 and team)

Hmmm Electric Ball is only a Basic skill! I might through that on my Neon while I wait for Thunderstorm who is pretty starved for offensive moves.

Blast 35 x 2 dmg. 90% hit chance each
The chance that both will hit is 0.9*0.9 = 81%

Lighting 60 dmg. 95% hit chance.

Basically you are trading extra 10 dmg for 14% hit rating.
