Can't find friend

I want to add a friend to my pal list, but the game tells me that the user I'm searching doesn't exist! I'm sure that the spelling is good!

Are you making sure to enter the name EXACTLY as it is? That includes using caps or lowercase... For example, if I searched my name as hapsxmiku instead of how I registered it, (HapsXMiku) it will say "user does not exist". Hope this helps ^_^

Also, are they on a different server? Make sure you are all playing in the same server! ^^
