This is definitely a good skill set, especially if you can properly set-up the two supplementary skills.
I use this but I have Fire Bomb instead of Fire Blast because there are monsters that have higher defence than magical defence. Also, if you don't have Celestial Prayer, Super Fire Bomb will reduce your attack stat. Fire Bomb uses your magical attack stat so it won't be affected.

Agreed. That is why my draco utilizes meteor instead of wild fire.

super Fire bombs will not reduce your attack when sun is scorching, in a Sandstorm, Or if you miss. If you miss without CP or sandstorm the debuff doesnt happen.
Also water torrent doesnt stun in rain or ice storm.
