coins did not get credited after purchase.

I purchased 1600 coins on 28/5/2013 as there was extra coins given during promotion, however i was billed and did not receive the coins. Please look into it ASAP. Also was denied of further purchases, pop up message showing "you have already purchased this but it hasn't been downloaded. Tap OK to download it now."

We looked into this but found no info about this transaction of yours. You may tap on one package and not pay at the final step to see if you will receive the coins you've purchased previously. Or please contact iTunes support for help.
