Cant login ti haypi kingdom!!!

I just decide to play kingdom again after a 1 and half break and was trying to login again and apparently my name didn't exist.

Could anyone explain me why this has happened

My username is the same as my forum name so I'm kinda confused.

I had tested. Your account can log in successfully. What error message did you get when you tried to log in? You can post the screenshot here. We will check.

Oh yeah I can login now I had used a capital M to log in and my username was a small m that's why

Hey support I emailed u I'm on sever 604 I can't log in because my little brother decided to try and log into my account and now it's telling me to email support so I can log back in again my army is dieing and I can't log in so bs lol plz help me out support thanks for ur help

Dear player

If you type your password wrongly for too many times, your ip address will be locked for 24 hours. During that time, all the accounts cannot be logged in under that ip address. Please be careful next time. And please keep your device away from children.
