Lost Boss

I was hunting for boss for about an hour and luckily i found it. For the first try of course i didnt win. I just have to wait 2 hours for the cooldown. I went to the boss section and it didnt appear there. If this is a bug please fix this soon as possible. Its crazy that ive to wait the next 36+ hours to encounter another and a possibility of wasting another 1-3hours of my life just for hunting for this boss. I love the idea of the Boss Raid however, things are like wasted.

this happened to me on my second boss. im not sure if that was a bug but this is what support sent:

Dear player,

Thank you for your understand.

When you see a boss during your adventure, you will be asked to choose between accept and ignore. If you choose to ignore the boss, you can proceed your adventure and challenge the boss later; if you choose to accept, you will enter a fight with the boss immediately. There are not much differences between two choices.

All of your pals can attack the boss you found. And after the boss is defeated, three of you will get gems for reward:
1 One for the person who found the boss.
2 One for the person who caused the most damages.
3 One for the person who got the last shot.

According to your description, I think that your pals defeated the boss before you ended the adventure.

Did you get the gem for finding this boss?

I'm not sure if you will find the answer there. But since I lost that boss I always finish the map first. So I use a resurrect card after encountering a boss and since then it always ends up in the boss raid activity. Hope that helps bossing

Thanks armi. I have these pals which are not above level 15. I Dont think they can manage to kill that boss in just 1 attack and most of it are my alt account. Lol. Or let say the boss has been killed by one of my pal yet i didnt receive one boss essence for finding it as what support said.

This actually happened to me the other day. The boss disappeared like 6-10 hours before its 24 hr timer was up.
I have no pals so the possibility that pal killed it is out of the question.

I had the same thing happen to me. I chose the ignore option, but then when I went to find the boss in my activity, it was not there.

I think this is a definite bug.

It says there are no raid bosses available, and I never received a boss essence, so the boss was definitely not killed by my pals.

I think there is a definite bug in the system. An hour's worth of work searching for boss wasted.

Alisa, it was in 2-3 normal mode. Thank you.

Mine was in volcano 4,5 or 6 - one of those but definitely in volcano normal.

Can't remember clearly since it was a couple of days ago, but I know that it was in either sealed space or canyon veteran mode.
