Continuing Problems With Ultimate Rune Gems

Took me 4 runes to get Magic Force III on my Rhor...
At first, he had Aim so I changed it. I got No Guard, so I changed again. Got Rain Cleanse twice in a row and finally after 4 gems, got Magic Force III

I think Magic Force-III is easy to get I has spent appx 9 runes on Rhor and get 3 rain clean, 2 Magic Force-III, 3 Adrenaline and 1 no guard. Still no Force-III yet T.T

Honestly. I have the best luck with talents and runes. The most I've ever had to spin for a talent was four times for my smiter to get force II, otherwise it's just been three or less. I have 20 ultimate runes sitting until I capture more epics and breed them to S grade. However, despite having my luck with obtaining runes very easily and getting the talents I want. I still almost never come across advanced skill chests and haven't landed on any for the past week. I think that's where my issues lie.
