Massive Boulder on Flight or Scythe?

Should I put massive boulder on Flight with PoD or just wait for my S Scythe with sand storm?

Both are designed to counter S grade electric types.

Hands down - S Scythe. Trust me, it will be worth it!
With Sandstorm, Scythe will be an extremely valuable monster.

When attacking S grade Electric type monsters, Scythe will most likely 1 hit KO these and if not, Sandstorm will deal with the little bit of HP remaining. I doubt Flight will be able to 1 hit KO them without extra help from other skills. Also, Flight can't learn Sandstorm.

It would still be effective but I don't think it will be able to 1 hit KO Neon - probably it may do it with Rhor using Force 3 but this still needs to be proven. The problem with this as well is that Flight is slower than Neon and Rhor. Therefore, if Flight uses Massive Boulder and doesn't defeat Neon or Rhor with that hit, it will have an exposed defence and may be killed before it can finish them off.

Nothing like a missed Massive Boulder from an opponent's Flight to cheer me up! I think 1 hit of that from a PoD-boosted Flight is enough to take out Neon (provided that Neon's DEF isn't boosted by PoD).

As with what Lexoph mentioned, I'd still go for Massive Boulder on Scythe over Flight though. The main reason for this is the STAB from Scythe. Having Sandstorm also negates the DEF debuff. I'm currently in the midst of breeding my Scythe to S. Ideally it will have Resurrect as its talent, with its skill set as: Martyrdom, Boulder, Massive Boulder, Sandstorm.

Massive Boulder from a PoD casted Flight would very likely one shot both Neon and Rhor, but the defense reduction strips it of its survivability. This puts Flight into an unnecessary pickle with other Flights or high speed attackers. On the other hand, PoD casted Scythe with Ressurrect is terrifying if it has Massive Boulder and Matyrdom; it can pretty much sweep an entire team. So... yes, put Massive Boulder on Scythe.

Sand storm, massive boulder for sure.

Regarding martyr I used to think this was good with resurrect.
But i have been facing scythe recently with pod sandstorm and massive boulder without martyr and they destroy flight teams. They even Destroy my S turtles and S smiters becuase of their speed and dodge.

It probably be different story if my smiter or turtle had pod as well but like most people I doubt I'd ever waste pod on those mons

Pod on smitter is good, however it's not ideal to fight scythe with a pod smitter. Because martyr will clear an s smitter before you cast pod, with scythe having the speed advantage.
