If what Ailza said is true, then I think Haypi reacted appropriately. 3 days ban is fine for those that used the attempts several times. Myself included.

They should remove the news then about permanent banning of accounts.

What I find weird is the inconsistency of punishments. For previous bugs, no actions were taken against players who benefitted from these glitches. I don't think it was correct for Haypi to leave these players untouched or no actions to reverse the unfair advantage. However, because there is a precedence, their actions right now seem harsh and unfair.

Two reasons for their immediate and severe action from their perspective:
1) The effect of the level rush bug is too much. As, advanced skill books, exp, gems, and money were all rewards of doing the attempts several times. Lots of advantages for those who discovered the bug. So, the quick action on their part is good IMHO. I'm more embarrassed that I didn't report the glitch as I should have.

However, I agree with what Swift said, the frustration from the respins and drop rate of advanced book chests contributed a lot to my behavior. And I was under the assumption that they'll fix it immediately anyway so I exploited it for several hours.

2) I think it was fairly easy to detect who took advantage of the bug compared to say, PVP championships dual account use. Therefore, it was easy for them to track down the players involved.

While I think those two are the biggest reasons for their quick action, I also get the feeling they have a different priority on addressing player concerns. When it comes to them losing a lot of money, they do enact on it very quickly. That's perfectly understandable but, I wish they'd do the same for our concerns.

That said, the update is a testament that they listen to the player's feedback and suggestions.

I think the news was just misleading and I think the decision on banning accounts for AT MOST 3 days is fairly reasonable.

I think pvp duol system was left untouched, mostly because some players can say, oh, that's my mom's phone and her account. She doesn't mind helping me, so she agreed to fight and lose to me...

Then..very hard to deal with this situation.

I did the glitch too. I think the punishment is fine, I just wish there was better communication about it. I sent an email to support and got answers quickly (thanks sharron). Though I wish there was some better communication about it. The resolution is posted in the news when you log in, but the problem was, it didn't load, it just said suspended account. If the news had loaded first and I could have read it was 24-72 hour suspensions, it would have been nice. Or a letter from support, saying your account will be disciplined in 24 hours for a certain time period.

Hopefully they left eggs purchased alone as well. I will find out when I can log back in.

I did it too. I know it wasn't right but Haypi's harsh action just made my decision clear. I'll quit the game for good. Haypi just pointed out that we're at fault but have they EVER looked back at themselves? How many glitches they failed to detect before launching the updates? They're at fault too. So what action did they do to themselves? Shouldn't they apologize to all the players for the glitch they failed to detect to let this happen? What they did was blaming this on only us and walk away clean. Take the items? = Fine. Take them. But a suspension? Dont' you think it's too much? we didn't hack the system. Cutting our challenge times for 3 days or more should be a reasonable punishment.
I've been playing this game for 5 months and though the game's bugs really annoy me most of the time but I loved this game so I decided to stay but now I'm done. I'm disappointed by their action so much that I don't wanna play anymore so I'll give my account to my friend and hope he gets a better treatment than I do.

i wouldnt define what i did as cheating. cheating is when i maniplate their server to gain an advantage over others. the glitch is there for everyone. u didnt find it because you didnt put any effort into the game. they should give me a bonus for spending my time to find their mistake.

Dude no you shouldn't get a reward, and stop trying to get them to give you one. its your own fault. Why did they rush out the update? Probably because they will make more money but the most important reason is because EVERY One is pushing and begging for an update and bugs fixed. so don't blame them. its your own fault for using it. You know how many attempts you get and once you passed it you should of posted it on forum or told support. But you didn't. If you would of them maybe you would "deserve" THis "reward" you keep asking for. So suck it up and wait three days, its not like your life will end without this game.
