Pal System failure

Since Pal system arrived, I see many ppl using there own to create numbers of pals. I think it isnt really fair as the dominate account will only gets benefits. There is no real pal, just to have more chance to get special items.

Something should happen...

This is no different than people who have lots of money buy lots of coins and get epics with no effort.
In this case its people who have lots of money to buy lots of devices.
