After 1.3 update, I got keen eye on Cygness three times in a row even though it already had keen eye. It is very frustrating. This was one of the biggest complaints to Haypi that people sent, but it looks like Haypi either did not do anything about it or the game is bugged.

Why they should spend time in fixing bugs or do improvements when they can
make new features like pal and eggs for more new player and more money income?

I made a thread a few weeks ago "raging" about this and how at that time I was out over 40 runes on my pewg and neon because it wouldn't change talents. I'm kinda laughing now because everyone was all "dont spend money on runes then etc"

New update was like, hmm ill fuse some runes with silver, SAME TALENT.

This game is retarded. They aren't listening to the players who are asking/demanding for things to be FIXED before the release all this flashy crap.

Haypi needs to fix things first before releasing more and more stuff.

Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in again? Also please stop crying about problems nobody cares about
