Moves not learnt when reached the required level

Moves are learnt when the monster reach the required level. But my branchy didn't learn poison petals, my armodillo didn't learn rock fall, rock armour and rock sling. Note: branchy is lv 24 and armodillo is lv 30. On a side note, I'm not the only player facing such problem, my friend who is playing haypi monster also is facing this problem.

Did you teach your monsters skills (from skill books) on the spot where those moves were supposed to be learned?
If yes, then, unfortunately, you won't be learning these skills as if you replace a skill, let's say on the top left and Poison Petals is supposed to be learned there at level 26 (example), you won't learn Poison Petals when you hit the required level. Once you've replaced any skill slot, you won't learn any naturally learned moves in there again.
