Cannot gift S Neo to pal.

I have a pure S neo level 13, unevolved that i want to send to a pal. When i click his name and gift That neo and another neo do not show up on the list. Every other monster shows up. S grade monsters, Even Lvl 1 monsters that are not evolved show up.

Why can I not gift a neo??

Hmm,only idea is that maybe he is in your team?

Nope, neither Neo,a level 13 S, and a lvl 16 A+ would show up to gift. I even tried putting them in battle and taking out to see, Didnt work.
