POD Penetrate Flight vs POD Force III Rhor

I am curious to see if anyone has experience using or battling a POD Flight with penetrate ability or a POD Rhor with Force III ability.

I am wondering whether POD would be better on a Flight with penetrate ability (which theoretically should be a decent counter to Ignightmare w intimidate, Behemoth w armor III, Scythe w defense boost, Scythe or Pewgway w resurrect, etc.) or on Rhor with Force III (which should cast POD before any other monster attacks, and therefore be able to withstand the first hit, even by a massive boulder from Scythe or Behemoth). After casting POD, a Rhor w Force III should be very formidable, but not too many people in our server use Rhor.

Intimidate counter is unbending

A rhor/neon with pod cannot withstand 1 massive boulder from behometh. Ohko
A Draco with pod can most of the time but with less then 10% hp

Is that from a POD Behemoth or Scythe or without POD?

behometh without pod.
Don't know about about scythe. never tried it. But it does have less atk than behometh so result can be different.
