Rhor or neon

Attack - 150

Mean noth at all , stats isnt everything !
With the right talent and skills rhor is the best why ?
Rhor + force + TS = need 2 hits to kill a neon .
Neon + adapt + TS = need 2 hits to kill a rhor .

And the fact says that rhor is always faster than neon so rhor would make the finishing hit .

Wrong, My Rhor can 1 shot Neon in rain with super T storm. I have adrenaline but it still 1 shots neon sometimes without adrenaline active.

Definitely possible. My Neon never survives a STS from Rhor in the rain, whether Adrenaline/Force-III was activated or not.

I'm curious to find out whether OHKO still applies after Neon has cast PoD though...

It is possible, I have not 1 hit a neon that had already cast PoD. I don't think you can, Unless Rhor had PoD as well. I will say its not every or all the time. Its a 50/50 chance.

Ah okay... That will help me in terms of lining up my team for Ladder. Thus far my Neon has fallen to every STS dashed out by Rhors in the rain, but only after they've Adrenaline or Force-III activated. Hopefully starting the fight with PoD Neon will be better (especially since I can most likely OHKO Rhor with Thunderstorm even without rain). Thanks!

Only thing that i seem survive a STS + rain+ pod is behometh/scythe

I know rhor with pod cannot survive 1 massive boulder from behometh without pod but sometimes a neon can
