Anyone else worried?

Personally I'm worried for Haypi. This new update makes thinks way too easy and pleases players way too much. Now you can get the books you want, see a problem? All pod monsters, no need for gold to respin, no need to respin for scrolls, everybody has legendaries, Haypi loses money because nobody is buying coins, finally......,the game fails:/ I agree that books are hard to get but making them this easy kinda kills competition. Everybody will have the books and monsters of their choice. All our epics will be replaced soon and pretty soon the top 10 each has 1-# legendaries all with the best moves. Then what? Where can haypi go after that for new things to keep the game going?
Godly monsters? Just think about this and I won't call anybody stupid for their opinion

Re: Anyone else worried?

Well I'm all for speculation and all, but we don't know exactly how many essences each book gives. Unless each intermediate book gives 50 or 100 essences, which personally doubt, I don't see it being that big a problem. And we don't know the price of PoD. It's an abnormally better skill than most advanced moves, it could be priced higher than most of the other skills.

It will take time to get legendaries, we don't know the probability of getting a legendary through eggs, we don't know how many essences we can get it a day, ect. And it may just be my over-speculation of the exact text, but it said Pals can help each other in boss raids, not Friends. It could be really hard to finish these boss raids, and in turn get essences.

In my opinion, wait and see.

You guys cry when they made you spend coins. Now you cry when they try to reduce coin spending? They can never win lol even if they listen to there players you always find a way to complain. Give them a break.

Re: Anyone else worried?

In my opinion this will help the game more. The problem with Haypi before was that to play competitively you needed to spend gold and there was no other way out. With this new update it is true that players will not have to spend gold. However, it doesn't mean people will stop buying all together. The people who are impatient will still spend and the people who have patience will just take their time and grind things out.

People are more likely to spend gold on a game that they play frequently and consistently than a game they play for a short time and dislike. This update will please and retain many players.

Take League of Legends for example. It is an entirely free game. You do not have to spend a dime. Yet like me and many other players we get attached to the game and end up spending $10 or $20 for a single skin.

I honestly believe Haypi will do better as they go towards this direction of pleasing current players, advertising their product, and improving game play for old and new players.

I was never the one complaining. I was the one putting down all these rebellions about respining and easing the fire. I have always been trying to do the game good. :D

Re: Anyone else worried?

The game is just switching their focus from luck of getting books to focusing getting legendaries.

Which is a good thing under the old system new players get discouraged very easy with books completely due to luck.

New system will give new players decent books/epic monster if they work for it. While veterans get a slightly stronger legendary if they work for it.

Just like any mmo, with update things get easier so new players can transition into the game easier.

I.e. compare vanilla wow to what it is now
