Pals?

Can existing friends on the server become Pals or only newly created accounts?

If its only new accounts than that is stupid

I think its for new accounts only, at least for the gift part. I hope we can add existing friends as "Pals". but i guess we will have to wait and see.

if thats the case im ready to share my mobs on my friends in my server i hope we can give mobs to existing players.. just to help them out..

Dont care much about the gifting mob rewards as advance books much easier now.

I care about doing raid bosses. Most of my server friends are at the same level or stage of the game as I am. And would make raid bosses more doable.

Doing a raid boss with a new account only is just carrying a noob through a end game encounter. Which makes much harder or impossible. This is just dumb

Hi Superfly and Pizymisa,

Players you have already invited to the game will automatically become your Pals, so some of you may already have high-level Pals the moment Version 1.3 becomes available.

Also, Pals from other servers can help you with your boss raids.

If you have invited a friend (Friend A) and this friend invites another friend (Friend B) you will also be Pals with Friend B.

However, if Friend B then invites a Friend C, you cannot be Pals with Friend C. Think of it as a parent-child-grandchild relationship and you can't be Pals with your great-grandchild.

As for unlocking the 4th monster combat slot, the "two Pal connections" must both be your immediate recruits (both would be your children).

NOTE: In Version 1.3, new players can no longer type in your username when registering to be your recruit. They must enter a special Pal code (the picture is in the Sneak Peek) before even entering the game.

It's okay if you don't have Facebook, Twitter or Weibo.

May I make a suggestion here?

I think you should allow players to team up with existing payers/friends to do boss raid. I don't think I'm the only one, but I really don't know anyone else who'd like to join my server now, they'd want to join the newer server obviously , because of less competition.

We should have the freedom to play with good friends we already knew.

More importantly, with all due respect...I don't think I want to do boss raid with lv10 new players,,,they won't be very helpful. Wouldn't they?

The gifting part doesn't matter, this should be exclusively available to new pals. But boss raid, as the name suggests, it's a challenge, thus players need strong allies. And to play with absolute newbies, I don't see the point of doing so. The main purpose of the boss raid activity is not to help others level up.
