Rhor or neon

Which is better to have?

Neon:
Better defense and mdef
More hp
Rhor:
Better atk and matk
Better speed

Rhor: Strongest creature to ever exist..

Neon: uhhhhhhh...

Neon seems like it has more interesting builds available to it. Rhor seems like a bit of a one trick pony (Force-II, buff, buff, buff, Super Thunderstorm).

That said I haven't bred a Rhor yet, I'm basing this anecdotally off people's recommended builds for Rhor.

Both seem to have their perks however I feel that rhor is a stronger monster(based on what I have faced) and has a more diverse skill set than neon. This being said, adaptability seems to be prevalent in all good neons and this will keep the skills more electric based

Wrong, the only stat that Rhor has advantage over Neon is speed, the rest are lower then Neon.

I'm stating the benefits of each when neon has adapt and rhor with force 3 lol
Rhor is terrible without force 3 or magic 3 so I was assuming.
I guess I should have been more clear, let a noobie correct me
