'Check Internet Connectivity' Bug

Damn i lost 2 runes due to this just now plzz check my account i used rune on vertex .. I have wasted 6-7 runes on vertex and have got night mare 6 times this is not at all fair !! I want my runes back

I love this game... But this made me sigh..

where after clicking re-spin in the prize wheel, the message popped up and after clicking 'Ok', the wheel just started re-spinning itself and he lost a chunk of his gold.

it happened to me today, and it really bad time, i already landed on the adv book chest magic and connectivity delayed pop up and when i click ok, it respin itself X(

i have to use a lot of coins to land on the chest again T.T

i know u can't give me my gold back, but this kind of thing shouldn't happen!!!

pls fix it..


also last night when i am @ final boss of team FC, connection time out happen and when i re-log in , team mode is already in 2 hrs cool-down and i get nothing...

pls look into this

i just found this thread. did frozenfire get his runes back?

i know hm support are doing their best to answer our concerns but the answer from support regarding his problem is not good. we are after all customers and i am saddened by the way support handled that

i have not lost any items from the check internet connectivity error - thank god. all the while i thought the error was from my end but it seems like im not the only one experiencing this. let's hope this is one of the bugs that gets fixed in the next update.

same in my server too, a lot has been left since 1.2 update

I have same error here, check internet connection, so i can not start the game until now. My internet connection just fine, i also can play other game like hay day, clash of clan, or browsing, etc.

This happen when i create another account actually my 2 nd account in haypi monster. I just want to try if draco always a c type monster or not. After that i try to login wish if my first account can be play again.

Pls help me this problem.

1. Bags are too small, many things can not put in the bags.
2. Hachery are too expensive and too long for waiting count down.
3. Effect like poison, paralyze, etc did not work correctly.
4. Monster too much type E and D. Too hard to find A or S type.

From all of that, i feel boring and not confortable anymore. I hope this game can better than pokemon game in nintendo. Thank you.

try to log in again later. there are other people who are also having some problems logging in. if you still get the same problem post a separate thread on bug report or send them an email.

1. Bags are too small, many things can not put in the bags. -- you would need coins to increase bag space. if you dont have coins certain items can be equipped on your monsters. 2. Hachery are too expensive and too long for waiting count down. - cool down period can be lessened with gold coins. 3. Effect like poison, paralyze, etc did not work correctly. - yeah i agree
4. Monster too much type E and D. Too hard to find A or S type. - you would need to breed the monsters to A and S grades. You wont be able to seal a or s monsters in the game. that is what breeding is for.
