Just had this tested on 2v2 and it didnt cancel debuff from Cunning, scenario as follows:
1. Meniss w/ Magic Force 2 casts Polish
2. Vertedeath casts PoD
3. Meniss casts Cunning
4. Vertedeath is hit HP: 102/199
5. Meniss uses Sneak Attack on my team mate until I fully recover my HP w/ Soak
6. Vertedeath casts PoD HP: 199/199
7. Meniss casts Cunning
8. Vertedeath is hit HP: 34/199
Chaotic Swamp against Stabbey:
1. Vertedeath casts PoD
2. Stabbey uses War Cry
3. Vertedeath uses Shadow Storm
4. Stabbey is hit HP: 107/163
5. Vertedeath uses PoD (debuff on item #2 ahould be cancelled but it wasnt)
6. Stabbey uses Serenade
7. Vertedeath uses Shadow Storm
8. Stabbey is hit HP: 53/163 (almost same damage dealt from item#4 regardless of twice used PoD)
9. Stabbey uses Serenade
10. Vertedeath casts PoD (just to make sure)
11. Stabbey uses War Cry
12. Vertedeath uses Shadow Storm
13. Stabbey is hit HP: 13/163 (reduced damage again)
Based on my observation.. PoD won't cancel any stat debuff as long as it has been casted..
Just maybe, there is an internal logic/flagging during every fight to check whether or not PoD has been casted by each participating monster.. Once flagged, PoD's stat boost won't be tiggered again.. Whether a stat debuff has been used against the PoD caster or not..
