Is this a bug or normal setting: Relay

Relay doesn't work with Power of darkness.

It's has been confirmed by players.

So is this a bug, or normal game setting?

DEF boost and MDEF boost would work, these are the ones that show a stat increase animation when activating

For those which does not show animation, like Force, Magic Force, Armor, Magic Armor and Haste. I don't know, but i think it doesn't

Some other talents show Increase animation like the Weather Powers and Competitive and the Elemental barriers, i think this works with relay, but it is not confirmed.

And then of course, Inverse would pass an Inversed Increase/Decrease
