And also..um...do you have any 'tips' for sea exp?or really all exp?
I'm not exactly the strongest player, and altho I train all day, team mode all I can and use all my exp attempts, I'm still pretty weak and get crushed in exp and usually in ladder :/ any ways I can get a little stronger?

Cunning (Advanced Ghost Skill) - Get from an Advanced Ghost Book Chest (available in Sealed Space Expert maps)
Fire Advanced Skills - Get from Advanced Fire Book Chests in Volcano Expert maps
Earth Advanced Skills - Same as above but in Stone Vault
Bottled Thunderbolt - Veteran or Expert Canyon maps
Thor Scroll - Veteran Canyon maps

As with any of the other prizes, you only get a chance to see these prizes in the prize wheel.

With regards to tips:
Train, train, train!
ANY monster at level 50 will be extremely hard to beat. Therefore, work on getting your monsters to as high level as you can.

Breed!
Try and get S rank monsters. If you're only using D type monsters right now, you need to start breeding. Even an A rank monster will be pretty powerful. However, if you plan on getting your perfect team, always go for S ranks.

Get the right talents and skills!
You need to ensure that the monsters you are using have the best possible skills you can give them, provided you can get these skills. This goes the same for talents. Players in this forum will always be happy to give you advices regarding builds for different monsters.

Make sure you equip the right items as well, etc.

Also, regarding Expert maps, you really just need to get high-levelled monsters. Obviously, this will be much easier if you use monsters that have an advantage over the map's monsters (if allowed for the particular map).

If you can do these, there's no reason why you can place pretty highly in ladder and beat those Expert maps in no time.

Unfortunately, you might have to be level 21. Just keep levelling up and you'll get it in the next few levels.

Thank you for answer! But how come my other id on different server receive exp card-2 from lv15? Both id and server also VIP 0.

Can i have more than 3 accounts for 1 device?
If i cant have more than 3 accounts, How can i delete one of my account to make room for one more? please pm me

I honestly don't know why that is. Just try and level up some more and I'm sure you'll get it soon. If not, you should contact support to check if it really is a bug.

Unfortunately, that's not possible at the moment. I think that you need to be more careful when creating a new account next time.
They might implement this feature in the next version so you may wait for now.
But, just in case, try and just use your current accounts.
